Pre‑Sales & Solution Engineer
Mission‑Critical Visual Networking
Join us to advance mission-critical visual networking. You’ll lead technical conversations, showcase value with live demos and PoCs, guide architecture decisions across network, video and AI, and partner closely with Product & R&D – all in service of “Connecting Visual Intelligences”.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical contact for prospects, partners & customers
- Plan & deliver live demos, workshops and proof‑of‑concept deployments
- Advise on system architecture, network & video tech, and AI integration
- Develop sample code, advanced demos and pilot solutions
- Produce technical documentation and enablement material
- Liaise closely with Product & R&D to continuously improve the platform



Your Profile
- 2 + years of professional experience in software or network engineering
- Solid knowledge of IT architecture, telecommunications/networks, video streaming, coding (e.g. PHP, Python, C++) and basic AI concepts
- Excellent presentation and communication skills in German & English (B2+ each)
- Customer‑centric mindset, passion for solution design and our mission “Connecting Visual Intelligences”
- Citizenship from an EU country plus willingness to travel (~20 %)
- Experience in Defense or Public Safety solutions would be a strong plus
